Summer grilling season is upon us. Hot dogs are a vital part of any outdoor feast. These dogs are grilled with onions and eaten with a side of tomatoes drizzled in tarragon-infused oil.
- Hot Dogs -
- Onion - 1/2, sliced
- Cherry Tomatoes - 1 basket
- Olive Oil - 5 ounces
- Tarragon - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- soy sauce- optional
- Let’s start by marinating the cherry tomatoes. In a small pan warm up 4 oz of olive oil on medium low heat, then add 2 Tbsp chopped tarragon. Note: you don't want to cook with the oil just get it warm enough to infuse the tarragon. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, season with salt and pepper then pour the warm tarragon-infused oil over them.
- Next, heat the Let's Be Frank hot dogs as per instructions on the pack. If you like your hot dogs with onion, saute onions so they can caramelize in a pan. Once the onions are caramelized splash a little soy sauce in the pan and turn off the heat.
